Northern Monk’s brewery tour at the Old Flax Store in Leeds, Yorkshire offers a comprehensive behind-the-scenes look at one of the UK’s most renowned craft breweries. The experience begins with a detailed talk about Northern Monk’s brewing methods and the story behind the brewery, followed by a guided walk through their original production site-a Grade II listed mill in Holbeck.

During the tour, guests sample three 1/3 pint tasters from Northern Monk’s core range and latest specials, immersing themselves in the brewery’s diverse flavors and innovative techniques. After the tour, visitors are welcome to relax in the Refectory taproom and explore more of the brewery’s offerings on draught.

Private tours and tastings are also available for groups. Advance booking is essential, and the minimum age is 18.
